Prinsdam,
Amusing man . . . don’t blow your wad and buy too many pencils. Then again, it’s nice to get a excellent release when doodlin’.

I saw this video, ejaculated, went out and bought two packs of Sanford ebony pencils the very next day. Incredible.
Rick,
The pencil used in this demo is really a Sanford Ebony Pencil. Extra smooth, jet black for a nice set of values from soft and light to a very dark black. Thank you for your nice comments . . . more to come,

Fantastic work, I always enjoying your videos.
what interests me is how you manage to express this “tale” and background of the character so easily while keeping it clean and with no much preparation. im guessing your experience helped you make that image in your head and form it on the paper (and maybe the model, if its still there, gives a really excellent thought of the anatomy and pose you want)
fantastic drawing. I was wondering is that a sanford ebony pencil?
This looks incredible, I just found the “theartcenter dot blogspot” website for some days ago, and I am so glad too see all the excellent inspiration, thank you (:

Watching the process of building up a drawing from begining to end is very helpful. It is like seeing into your mind while it is solving a visual problem.
wow this is really cool!
Thanks guys for the kind comments.
Superman41573,
I’m working on it. I work full time, teach and travel quite a bit for the book so I’m a busy guy. More on the way soon,
