How to have a custom design on PayPal debit card?

Author: I know that you can have your own custom image for your PayPal Plus Credit Card but i cannot find where to do it for a debit card, mine is so plain, and would like it to be customized. Can you give me a link or tell me where to go to do this. Thanks

To my knowledge, they do not offer a customized card for the debit card.
I know 100% fact paypal does not do customized credit cards. Capital one does
