Like the serious vs solemn explaination. As a graphic designer/creativity is limited by project criteria, expectations and deadlines. We need time to explore, play to make something that isn’t by now been done or is a fad. I’m going to be more aware of solemn/serious. Many actor follow design trends rather than making new ones.
Fantastic video!
Delight check out our work!
“serious” is when you’re engaged, while “solemn” is more like responsibility something you know you have to do (and you know has to be done in a certain way too). do you agree with me?
Yo, man. I may be a fool, but I aint stuck up!
I may be the last person that doesn’t support your opinion. Believe me! The only thing i’ve studied are art directions. Didn’t go through with it, as in a professional way. Always like architecture, especially in a aesthetic point of view. But read my first words and my last sentence. I reckon I was trying to say that I feel less vital than those people, so it’s life opposite of stuck up. And it was more a answer to NOxyde who was over the top.
what a fucking moron. over 15,000 visitors (piss poor, middle class, rich tourists) go to the Louvre museum EACH DAY,to view fantastic art. Do the math, now you’ll have to say that practically most of the world’s population are indeed fags. Designers and contemporary artists are the direct descendants of past masters in the canon of western art.
Don’t be bitter just since you’re a sad lifeless fool.
she is incredible like the video
I fully 100% agree with you. BUT
why is it that when I make a comment like that some fuck face says to me something stupid like:
“Don’t watch it then.”
The presentation is just as vital as the thought isn’t it?
yeah no kidding – very – very distracting, but the topic was of fantastic interest.
fantastic talk, but the clicker noise kills it. Where the hell is the AV tech, just tell her at the beginning… The AV tech should be ashamed of themselves.
I second the shift on those looooong, booooring meetings where they seem to reckon the longer these meeting the more productive they are. cheers PAULA!
EGOjob ‘n’ selfPROUDness !?!
p. sCher deserves HELVETIA swallowing time.
btw, at her best she imitates russian graphics!
Yeah, it comes from that essay by Russell Baker that she quoted from I guess. She doubtless wouldn’t be using those words to describe the concepts she was trying to express if it wasn’t for that essay.
What a load of crap. All designers are wankers.
If you reckon I watched it long enough to figure out what was causing the noise, you’re incorrect.
It isn’t a mic malfunction. It’s the ring in her hand knocking the plexy surface. Gotta replace your ears. They wont be there for 20 minutes but for the rest of your life
Some nice food for thought.
? Real life doesn’t have an annoying mic malfunction that hurts your ears for 20 minutes straight.
seriously? how do you function in real life..say a classroom?
I can’t watch this since of WHATEVER keeps happening with the mic.
I loved the part about long dull meetings!!
Incredible
genious
excellent material.. go ahead and watch the video ..
I like putting words on the floor, might as well use that space. I reckon stores should place the contents of an aisle on the floor graphically instead of making us look up to the signs.
Her designs are dull, as is most chaotic disorderly modern graphic design. Peacefulness is fascinating, chaos is dull. Just as excellent reception is more fascinating than static.
