The layers are all cut uncommon lengths, then gathered and sewn into a waistband
how would you place layers in a tulle skirt like particularly like at 3:25 or 3:39 :O
it’s basically colorful vail it’s really cute thou i would wear it seeing many dress makers use it for proms wedding gowns and much more i just like the insignia there cool.
