    I started out designing flash websites with cool console style navigation since they were fun and impressed clients easily.
    But I have learned the hard way when it comes to long term clients who were initially pleased asking about accessability, SEO, content management, and scalability.
    I still use flash occationally but have a much more practical approach now.
